Yeah I checked at wikipedia (thanks Kelvin for the link) about the movie, it sounds great...now all we have to do is FIND the movie hahahaha Razz

To program manager,

1. Where are we going to stay? i know is in KK1/ KK2, but do we have to register, means do we need to check out and check in again? I think we need, just that wo will coordinate all this about our accomodation.

2. Do the participants need to pay for this Bengkel? This is the common question will be asked by members.

Just something to remind you about things for this Bengkel. If the bengkel is sure will be carried out, i think it's time to do publicity and get numbers of participants.

UPDATE: According to the annoucement in std, the Bengkel will be held at Wisma Belia. Mr.Indra will be with us in the bengkel. But this will change our original schedule for the bengkel. Yew Soon will confirm about this asap.

About the accomodation, it's quite confusing about when to check out and when to check in. Me and Yew Soon will try to update you all asap. Hopefully by this coming Monday.

so confirm it's on 13th till 18th May rite?
thankx a lot..if g0t any news bout the schedule of the activity and the accomodation can inform wei yang n i? c0z we nid 2 prepare materials too...

Anyhow, I think that it's not too late to register for the hostel, because I noticed one of the other groups, I'm not sure if it's dance or gamelan, they are still asking people to register via announcement...

Just out of curiosity, how many people have registered for this camp?

About how many members now, i'm not sure, have to ask the Program Manager.

Today i went to office to play flute, and En. Zaki ask can we start the bengkel on 10th? He says if 10th then Mr.Indra can help us for the 12th performance. I think Yew Soon need to discuss with En.Zaki about the bengkel. A lot of things like the schedule, places, have to confirm.

And Pn.Madihah ask for the size of t-shirt of every participants, because she will order t-shirt for this bengkel. So i think i'll be nice if we also make the t-shirt for the tutors who are coming.

Start the camp on 10th?

I'll be grateful if Mr.Indra can help us for the performance on the 12th, but does that mean he can't help out for the camp after 12th? Yeah we should take the shirt size for everyone then...Hm...I'll contact the PM about this then...I recall he's quite occupied with his exams...

I think Mr.Indra will be with us after 12th as well.

I already contact the Program Manager, he will collect the size of the t-shirt.

^So that means Mr.Indra will help us with the performance & also the camp? I don't think it will be a good idea to combine our rehearsal with the camp's program because they are different things...I don't want any complications...again, if Mr.Indra insists, I don't know how we'll proceed with this.

Ya, that is what i concern about. Because the bangkel suppose to start on 13 or 14, and 10&11 suppose to be the practice for the performance. I'll ask Yew Soon to deal with this. Smile

Okay. I think the most important thing that we don't mix up the camp & the rehearsal, not all of those who are in the performance will be going for the camp, so better not mix up. Thanks Kelvin!
