Today is the final day of the Bengkel. Personally I have a series of comments, some expectation dissapointment on this bengkel, and some fun to share as well... So im thinking should we open a new thread on this for everyone to share their precious opinions on the bengkel this time? or just discuss in this thread?

Let me list down some which i noticed:
(First of all i would like to apologize if i said any harsh word which hurting or non-respectful)
1. The role of a leader is very important. Lack of responsibility of the leader is very much causing the failure of a program.
2. Participation & commitment of participants are much influencing the success of a program.

^Hm I think that yes, a leader's commitment is very important to a program. I think I'm glad that the members' spirit to the program were good & kept it going well.

well...as i observed, i think should be said that: members were TRYING to keep it going well...and members' spirit were NOT THAT good when seeing the program was like that. Neutral

Yeah members tend to be let down if the leader doesn't set a good spirit. It's going to be hard to discuss this here.

How was the camp otherwise?
