This is a quick tip for violinists on how to tune your violins! Very Happy

1. The four strings on your violin are tuned in perfect fifths.
2. The open strings are G, D, A & E
3. Use either the pegs (at the top) or the fine tuners (those little screws) to tune. If the pitch is lower than the correct pitch, turn the peg/tuner clockwise. If the pitch is higher than the correct pitch, turn the peg/tuner anti-clockwise.

You may download midi for each of the open string pitch to use for tuning while you're at your room. Link
