Sigh the softskill seminar today was utter CRAP.

I can't believe the woman was actually proud of what she was saying. Unity- Brotherhood & Tolerance...I anticipated a pretty good presentation about (snore) soft skills...Instead I left the hall feeling disgusted by incredible stupidity.

Let me share what that twit had to say:

1. Boys & girls can't go out in pairs

What the hell...Her theory is that this will stop the ocurrence of sex romps outside the campus & reduce pregnancies. Crap. How idealistic can she get when she says that "harap-harap kes-kes ini akan jatuh secara mendadak, sampai itulah baru kita akan jadi lebih lenient".

*snort*

Even if you're going for lunch with a guy/gal pal got this response from that woman: "we will come up with a borang". A form?? Good heavens...what is this, a JAIL??

2. No sex

IMO if your religion doesn't forbid you & if you're mature enough to handle the emotional attachments that comes with intimate relationships, then it's your choice if you want to have sexual intercourse. I said in the hall & I'll say again, I'm a liberal person. She's spreading crazy ideas that you'll want to die after having sex, etc...GROW UP. Listening to a prude isn't a great way to have sex education. I'll believe her if she said she's had sex & she's gone through all the stupid rumors she's spreading about sex.

Bahh.

We are adults, we KNOW the consequences. She moans & groans about having the sacred & BURDENSOME task of handling pregnancy cases...well by all means, SHARE THIS BURDEN. Give us the cases! From there only we can determine the factors that caused these cases! From there only YOU prove that you're a TRANSPARENT ADMIN.

3. Politics

Bahh. She sounds confused as to where she supports BN or the Opposition. I doubt we got any good advice from her. Joking about politicians...Disrespectful. Great example to the rest of us *snort*

4. Capabilities

I was especially irritated when she got off saying things like the Chinese & Indians won't do well because they don't speak fluent English. Boasting about her skills doesn't earn points with me. It takes more than just language to topple other ppl. Then she goes on talking about other than JPK & MPP there's nothing substantial to fill our resume. I took this personally because we built the OG from virtually an unknown entity to an impressive figure. Ignorance.

5. Woe is me

Stop whining about how holy-art-thou you are...jeez. So the uni wants to increase the hostel rate? They want to ban first years from bringing their cars? They want to charge parking fees? Still no development on bringing in non-Muslim operators to the cafe, especially for the welfare of vegetarians?

SO HONEY, IF YOU CAN'T EVEN DEAL WITH PROBLEMS LIKE HOW THESE ISSUES ARE GOING TO AFFECT US, DON'T BLOODY YOURSELF TRYING TO START RULES THAT ARE RIDICULOUS & NEVER HEARD OF IN OTHER UNIVERSITIES BEFORE.

Thanks for trying to make UMP a dumber, oops, I mean better, place.

I think that if you want us to act like adults, TREAT US LIKE ADULTS. We are what you treat us.

I forgot to mention her crazy notions about how horny UMP kids are:

1. Guys: don't force the girls to have sex with you.
2. Gals: don't wear sexy clothes because the poor guys will masturbate.

OK... I was there too....

You know what's the feeling to witness a person with multiple personalities.. Talking bout.. leadership.. having sex with other people.. brotherhood.. abortion.. soft skills.. security guards.. respecting other races.. politics.. confidence in public speaking.. Mat Rempit.. sex in cars near a jungle.. kindness ti each other.. and listening to something bout being happy in life.. ALL AT THE SAME TIME?

It feels like you are witnessing a living product of multiple personalities...

where you yourself don't get the main theme of the talk @ speech @ presentation @ wtv she was talking about...

I was kinda sad for her being blamed for all the "cases" which she is handling for all of those crap was disturbing her PHD...

But... she is going through.. what we call fear.. fear that something bad will happen to her beloved girls of UMP... It's sad when we hear about girls getting pregnant and don't know what to do with the unborn child...

~From fear she creates depression for herself.. and decides to "control and keep a close eye" to those she cares most the girls of UMP...~

~From fear she creates hatred and blames everything towards men... lecturers.. students.. men.. for being so foolish for thier own crave for lust... asking her beloved girls to stay away from them by all means...~

~From fear she created a "belief".. a "principle" where she truly believes that she knows how to handle the problem and has found the cure of her own fear... she works alone... because she is very sure that it is her responsibility to create a safer place for UMP girls...~

~From fear she created depression... which led to sadness... disapointments... and pathological pain... a pain that will never go away until the "problem" has been gone.. the plague has been cured... the problem which she define as the "befallen relationships" in UMP~

If you think what I'm saying is crazy... then I don't think you can't imagine what I have listened or witnessed that moment...

Read the true story below that happened on 20 March 2008:

A sweet couple were walking to Pasar Malam, when they reached the Guard House, they were stopped by the dedicated Mr. Guard.

Mr.Guard: Both of you want go out "berdua-duaan"?

The rules are getting to harsh and we are living in in "fear" of these rules we think as "stupid rules.."

but.. let's face the fact.. the only way to go againts her is through diplomacy by means of talking to the NC.. not talking to her... so... anyone wants to spend time going up and down the NC's office to change these rules? get questionaires form from UMP students? complaining her rules in front of HEPA ppl? no....

Wanna know y? coz we nvr tot of standing togeder... confronting dem...
we all just wanna "stay out of trouble" and let those who we juz "hope" will do d job done.. succeed... which is damn sad.. when you knw it's impossible...

We definitely need to stand together to defend our beliefs. I believe that a petition is being drawn up so please join hands & support it!

I am also thinking OTHER THAN complaining (although it's perfectly justified), we also should come up with SUGGESTIONS as to how to curb this GEJALA in UMP. Not that it doesn't happen in other uni, but I'm sure there's a way to reduce the number of these cases happening here. So what would you suggest to stop the number of UMP students engaging in pre-marital sex & increasing the risk of unwanted pregnancies? What can you suggest that is PRACTICAL, LOGICAL & BENEFICIAL for all parties?
