Hi guys!
I want to know, do any of you have suggestions of a NAME for the Orchestra Group?
Other groups under the Club have names, like Choir is Solid Harmonie, Drama is Senandika...
I was wondering if we could have a name for OUR group. Something simple but aesthetic. If there's any suggestions, feel free to post on this thread 
These are some words I think might be useful for this purpose:
1. ceolfhoireann: orchestra in Gaelic
2. organum: musical instrument in Latin
3. carmen: song in Latin
4. orquesta: orchestra in Spanish
5. musiek: music in African

Sounds nice...but abit long, don't you think?
For the MAKUM competition, out of desperation, we went with the name Orquesta...So any more names to suggest? 
We can also discuss if we want to have a motto, something for us to cheer with

orquesta is ok wat. not average but so-so laa. or u guys want a bit more elegant wat? haha 
ok2 aim high.
Rondeau. Cantus Firmus. Menuett (for 3/4). Eternity's Serenade (or maybe just Serenade. good enough). |
