Hey all 
1. I'm sorry we couldn't give the club T-shirts earlier, we were occupied with other matters. I will give the T-shirt at our next OG class (12th Mar) so please make sure you come to take your T-shirt.
2. About the member cards, I will go & take it from the Club MT & I'll inform you about further updates ASAP.

The t-shirts are with me now. Who is holding the name list of those who buy the t-shirts? Is't possible that we give the t-shirt earlier?

The list is with me. What day do you suggest to give the T shirt? I'm not sure if we give out on Fri (4th April) because Test 2 is going on. What do you think?

Since this Saturday will not have theory class, how are we going to give the club t-shirt? I'm thinking we cannot open the counter this Saturday because people are not around in Uni, that's why we cancel the class. Let's say if we open a counter on 2nd May, friday night?

Yup I think that's alright because you're right, not many people are back at uni now

I think now already can send out memo and tell the members that we will open a counter to give the t-shirt on Friday night (2nd May). Maybe 9-10pm, is't ok?

Maybe we can do final collection the music theory exam fee while we are giving the t-shirt. What do you think?
When are we suppose to give the fees to Madam Wong?

1. Yeah we can do that too. Good idea 
2. After the finals, I'm suppose to meet Mr.Chan & pass the fees & the name list to him. I'm now thinking if we want to get past year questions. I will need the names of the people who want the past year questions so that Mdm Wong can photocopy enough for us. So how? I can't give the test papers on 2nd May, I'm not sure if we have enough time.

About the pass year question, i don't think we got enough time to tell Madam Wong how many we want.
The Exam will be on August right? If we give them the pass year question when we start the new semester?

You're right. I think we can only give the past year questions next sem. So I'll post the memo asap. I need to ask the MT about the 2 T-shirt :p
