Saya dengan hormatnya merujuk tuan mengenai perkara di atas.
Bagi pihak Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestara (MPO) kami ingin menawarkan pelajar-pelajar Universiti Malaysia Pahang untuk hadir menyaksikan konsert oleh MPO dan butiran adalah seperti berikut :

Isabelle Faust, violin
Tarikh : 27 Oktober 2007
Masa : 8.30 malam
Tempat : Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS
Untuk maklumkan tuan, kumpulan pelajar seramai 10 orang atau lebih ditawarkan tiket pada harga RM10 setiap satu. Sebagai tambahan, seorang pensyarah diberi masuk percuma untuk setiap 20 tiket pelajar berbayar. Sila hubungi kami sekiranya pihak Universiti berminat untuk membawa pelajar-pelajar menyaksikan konsert berkenaan.

Well looking back, I think we should keep it for OG members & club members. Chingy isn't going, so that policy will be maintained.
This Saturday (12 April), we can promote the program to our members.
I've called Ms.Soraya, now we await her invite letter, get dean to approve, get the bus. Fei Chow, please contact your sister, you will have to handle the payment of the tickets. You only buy the tickets when you've confirmed the students who are going. Remind them that once the ticket is bought, there is NO REFUNDS. Price is RM10, I'll inform of any changes.
UPDATE: THE TRIP IS ON
I will post an announcement at the std.
1. ONLY OG & CLUB MEMBERS may join this trip.
2. Maximum seats available: 40.
3. Ticket price RM10.
5. Attire:
-Guys: long-sleeved batik/long-sleeved shirt + tie + blazer, pants
-Girls: baju kurung/formal blouse
-No jeans/T shirt, sneakers, slippers, slacks, sport shoes, shorts, short skirts.
6. Closing date to register: 13 April (Sunday)
7. Once you register, there will be NO REFUNDS. Payment will be made via credit card.

Just a reminder,
1. About attire:
Girls: Formal attire (blouse, baju kurung etc)
Guys: Pants, shoes, long sleeved, either BATIK or SHIRT + TIE + JACKET/BLAZER
2. No recording devices allowed. Please make sure the people sitting beside you do not have video camera etc.
3. Make sure you SWITCH OFF your handphones in the hall, or else you will interrupt the music later.

Remember, we are going as students UMP, not as individual. Remember the rules and regulations and do not break it! Or else, the name of UMP will be...

Yeahhhhh the cellist was AMAZING...He was also so funny, so nice, especially when we asked him for a photo...
