Constitution means Perlembagaan. I want to ask your opinions if we should draw up a constitution.
I was thinking in the future, we may not be under Kelab Kebudayaan & Kesenian, but we may be a club of our own. So I was wondering if we should draw up a draft (History: Suruhanjaya Reid hahaha) so that it will be easier for the future generation to follow through with a proper constitution.
From what I know, the Constitution of a club must:
1. State the rights (hak-hak) of each member
2. Financial income of the club.3
3. Programs
4. Other allocations
So what do you guys think? _________________ ~music pours on mortals her magnificent disdain~ |

I'm not sure either, that's why I want to know what others think, because I think we can add/edit what we want to put in the Constitution before it is finalized...so I'm not sure what else to put in.
We're dealing with instruments etc....so we may need to consider other rules too
EDIT: I spoke to Hani (Club MT) & she said we don't need a constitution because the Club has one...So I'm not sure if we should pursue this

I think we need to see/read the example of other clubs constitution..
Then, we can think to add/remove some parts to fixed with our club, for example, the club policy..
Hmm.. if we going to be independent, are we have a UMP staff to be our club advisor? |

^Right now, the group is still under the Club, so we adhere to the Club's Constitution. If the time comes for us to step out, we will need a Constitution. It's basically a set of rules about the rights of the members, the function of the club, etc. _________________ ~music pours on mortals her magnificent disdain~ |
