I think we will have quite a number of activities next sem, so i think it will be good if the Program Manager for each activity can start to do their proposal before the end of final exam and let the OG MTs to check. We should avoid last minutes paper work... Especially for the activities which will carried out during July.

Agreed. We have 4 programs next sem: UMP Philharmonic Charity Night 2008, UMP Philharmonic Charity Trip 2008 & 2 Bengkel Orkestra Intensif. We will also try to organize 2 trips to the MPO, that would depend on the MPO Programmes for Season 08/09. So yeah, we should arrange the proposal early, so that if there are any hiccups, we can iron them out

i gave d propsl 2 en zaki bout last mnth...
he said he wnt 2 check the budget..
n he will send it to unit aktiviti...
but i x knw wht hppen to dat prpsal nw...
i'll ask him later...=) |

Just let us know the update & KIV. We may be busy with convocation (I'm not sure when's the date), so it's good to be ready
