Hey everyone 
I'm thinking about having a special site or other to upload our sheet music.
What?
Well my idea is to SCAN the sheet music we have & catalog them, then upload them into a site for us to download whenever we need it. This is especially important for future OG performers.
How?
That's my question, does anyone know how we can set up a site to keep these scores? A site where we can upload the scans to be downloaded in the future.
Issues
The main issue is the permissions to these sheet music. It's really from the hard work of our members, so I don't want it to be accessible to everyone. I've a feeling we will need it to be accessible only to several people, currently I'm voting for Principal, Co-Principal, Education Director & Music Director. Only these people will be able to access the site to get the sheet music. Of course this will be passed down to the next person who takes their place. What do you guys think?
If anyone has any ideas, please let me know, this is pretty urgent.

| hmm..i dunno how to upload..but why can't it be accesible to all og performers? it'l be easier for us.You dun need to photostate for us.We just need to download our individual score sheets. |

I don't mind making it accessible to the performers, sorry maybe I wasn't clear, I meant I don't want it to be accessible to people who are NOT OG members, like from different universities or countries lol.

i agree with the suggestion.....
it is importance 4 the next member to perform .....
but i'm not understand about only 2-3 person can access the file....

nice idea for me... but i cant really help in creating the site... im not gud with dat....but.. i think i can find sumone who can teach... my ex-roommate maybe can give us benefits.. i try deal with him...

i think we cant let anybody have access to it... if we let, the score sheet will spread all over the world... we need to preserve what we did and what mr. indra did as ours... for og members... i think they can ask one of the committee to download it, and pass through skype... |

cool~  Tat's a good idea. if website, im not familiar v that, but i know tat expoconvo also got made 1 website 2 upload all the data there. I can help to ask ask the website developer, coz he is one of my group member in expo. If i know dy, then wil inform here again.  |

Yeah that's the issue I have with this. I don't think it's fair to let other people, strangers, take our scores & use it (ooh evil us). Now it's a matter of how to let OG members enter the site & download it, it may be difficult to give usernames & passwords to every OG member, that's why I thought of just letting only a few people have that.

As boss know and everybody else doesn't know...i'm mr scanner! ...wakaka ...feel "FREE" to give me TONNES of scoresheets to be scanned and published for you guys...haha

I've uploaded some of the scans to the OG media Photobucket site, now what we need is a simple website to provide the links...
Again privacy is the issue here, if I post them at the OG official site, I can't control the permissions & anyone can just download it. That's why I suggest having a simple site just to provide links to the images at the Photobucket account, but it must be controlled, we wouldn't want anyone to just download it without permission.
That's my opinion, do share yours!
