Unfortunately as some of you may have found out, the new website and forums have been inaccessible for some time now. Unfortunately the server that it was hosted on was hacked and as a result, the machine had to be shipped out for security checkups. I have no idea yet as to whether the data is still present or not, but I have been in contact with the server owner who makes it sound as though it will still be present when he receives the machine back into his posession sometime this coming week. Lets all keep our fingers crosse because unfortunately I do not have a backup copy of the website anymore (bad planning on my part as i used to do it all the time). OUCH.

If anything, we can always rebuild a new site.

Thread stickied. I think I'll pend the final operation date of this forum (netfreehost) until the problem's solved. Until then, this forum is still available Smile

i just checked and found that the site is back up, but the forums are down unfortunately. not sure if all the files are still intact or not. i may be able to revive it with help from the YaBB tech support people. However, I have been informed by rowanlim that there is yet another forum that has been setup by someone? perhaps i can link to it instead.

update.. i just checked this morning at it appears as though everything is back up and running. thanks to the helihost staff, the new site and forums should all be fully functional now!! Cool

we now have a backup of everything including the forums. I've gone ahead and downloaded FileZilla and downloaded everything in one shot Wink
